To be honest, I had a hard time finding a book that talked about self-awareness and self-care. I think you will find that the two go hand-in-hand with a healthy diet and how to live a healthy lifestyle.

It’s a pretty big book with a lot of really good information. I would also recommend a book about wellness and nutrition, but I can’t say I have one that I could recommend.
